Information we collect
When you request a quote or project review, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, company or property name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, room and ceiling details, approximate size, budget, timeline, decision-making role, design goals, and communication preferences.
The website also records limited submission information such as the page used, referring page, browser or device user-agent, submission time and lead source. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, including an IP address, as needed to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use submitted information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project.
- Evaluate project fit, customization, access needs, timing, and budget.
- Schedule consultations, site visits, measurements, and follow-up.
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project records.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and lead process.
- Meet legal, insurance, accounting, and recordkeeping needs.
Project communications
If you submit a form, you authorize Southeast Specialty Ceilings to respond about that project by phone, email, or text. These are direct project communications and do not enroll you in recurring or automated marketing. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply.
You may ask us to stop a communication channel at any time by replying to the message or contacting us directly. You can also reach us without using a website form by calling or emailing the contact information below.
Website analytics
We use standard Google Analytics and Meta Pixel measurements to understand page visits, traffic sources, and quote-request events. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers for ordinary website measurement. We do not send the contact details entered in a quote form as analytics event data.

How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the business and handle your request, including with service providers supporting website hosting and database storage, Google Workspace email, and Houzz Pro customer management. These providers process information for the services they provide to us.
We may also share relevant project information with suppliers, installers, subcontractors, designers, or other project participants when needed to evaluate, quote, or perform requested work. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and project information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business and project records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or securely disposed of.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not submit payment-card, Social Security, or other highly sensitive information through a quote form.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we maintain about you. You may also ask questions about how it was used or shared. We will respond to reasonable, verifiable requests and honor rights required by applicable law, subject to records we must retain for legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.

Children and outside websites
This website is intended for property owners, businesses, design professionals, and contractors. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website, business, or service providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
